Instantly Update Job Status with the “End Job” Function for Drivers
When a trip finishes earlier than the scheduled booking time, drivers can immediately confirm completion by selecting the “End Job” function in the system. Once this action is taken, EZBooking automatically updates the job status with an “Ended Early” tag and records relevant details such as the actual completion date and time, along with the driver’s name. As a result, system data accurately reflects real‑time conditions.
This fast and practical status update enables more efficient management of shared vehicles, including:

Verify Actual Passenger Count on the Day of Use
We have introduced a new screen that allows users to verify the actual number of passengers on the day a vehicle is used. If any listed passengers did not participate in the trip, users can update the information and save the changes directly in the system.
