Dashboard

The system features a dashboard that provides an at-a-glance view of monthly working days, remaining leave quota, a summary of clock-in and clock-out times, a leave calendar, as well as information on colleagues’ birthdays and company events.
Additionally, if your organization has a reward system based on point accumulation, employees can view their accumulated points and rankings. This helps motivate and increase employee engagement.
Employee profile
Employees can update and manage their profile, work history, education background, training history, and skill information. It can also be used as a platform to visualize and enhance career progression.

Leave request
EZHR supports leave requests and approval, allowing employees to attach a medical certificate for sick leave. Once the request is submitted, the system will send a notification email to the responsible person. The approver can then approve or reject the request online.

Calendar
The calendar function allows users to view company holidays, team members’ leave, colleagues’ birthdays, and important company events all in one screen. This makes it easy to track the schedules of the entire team.

Dashboard

Attendance data management
The system can be flexibly customized to integrate with fingerprint scanners, employee card readers, and other attendance management systems. Additionally, it supports automatic uploading of employees’ clock-in and clock-out data.

Furthermore, for employees working off-site, we offer the EZAttendance system, which includes a mobile check-in function. This allows employees to easily record their work hours from anywhere.
Company holiday calendar
The system shows the annual company holidays on the calendar, providing an easy-to-access environment for all employees to check the holiday schedule.
